I just had another incredible experience with Long’s Car Care Center, which came highly recommended by my local Facebook neighborhood group. I won’t go into a lot of details, but I was having car problems that I thought for sure were going to be pricey. I was so wrong. This was such good news because money is a bit tight right now. I have so many things in my life to be grateful for, and having Longs Car Care to watch over my old Camry is one of them. They’re always dependable and honest. I know that when they work on my car, I can feel safe driving it. I’m so sure of their awesomeness that I referred them to my son and daughter-in-law.

Had a fantastic experience with Long’s; I’ll definitively be returning, and I’d definitely recommend.
Received maintenance on my Honda Civic 2018. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. Price was good (far better than you’d get at the dealer shop, obviously). Interior of my vehicle might have been even cleaner coming out than going in.
Only issue was an oddly persistent TPMS warning that I received shortly after leaving (resolved myself eventually). My maintenance included a tire rotation, so it’s not really that surprising – I don’t expect them to take each car out for a drive to recalibrate the sensors. Really only including this minor thing so you know my review is legit.

Late on a Friday afternoon, Long’s was able to install a new battery for me. I had driven from Richland to Bothell that day but needed a jump after I stopped in North Bend. It wasn’t safe for me to wait any longer for the new battery and Long’s was able to help me out!

We have been going to Long’s for several years with two cars after going to a local dealership’s service department for many years. I am so glad that we switched. The team at Long’s is great, especially Kevin and the front desk crew. They answer my questions patiently and provide fantastic advice since I know nothing about cars other than what google tells me. They always fit me in quickly when I request an appointment and are responsive if I reach out with a concern. I’ve never felt pressure to have maintenance done that wasn’t needed, and my car has >165,000 miles. They are the best!

I was unsure about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Long’s did an inspection and gave me a second opinion. I got to speak with Kevin who was really great! He gave me the final review of the vehicle and was transparent about things that weren’t good signs. I was able to avoid potentially expensive issues down the line.

Longs has great customer service i have had my vehicle there 2 times. Both times they where very informative and fast. They answered all my questions and got my appointments set up swiftly. They also have a neat show room with some cool cars inside. I would most definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Long’s Car Care Center to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. I’ve been a customer for some time now, and recently took my car in due to a burning smell and turns out a gasket at the top of the engine needed to be replaced. They did the replacement and now the burning smell is gone! They’ve truly been a big help in keeping my old Volkswagen alive. Kevin and the crew are very knowledgeable, straight forward people. Always a good experience at Longs!

In addition, you always been kind, patient, understanding, and non-judgmental with my 1995 Buick Park Avenue, “The Spirit of Detroit.” As we both know, this is a car filled with more mysteries than one might imagine — including the “ghost horn” phenomena, an eternal spring in the footwell area of the driver’s side back passenger seat, and the discovery the our neighborhood mini-squirrels have been using the engine area as their own personal clubhouse, or “Studio 54.” 🕺🦝🦔🪩🐿️🦨💃 Whatever it is we discover, I appreciate that you are always patient, understanding, practical, and pragmatic, that I never feel judged, and that you always treat me with kindness, friendliness, and an excellent sense of humor.
