It’s gonna be a HOT one this weekend. Please make sure to not leave you children or pets in your vehicle…not even for what you think is gonna be a minute. That minute can turn into minutes, and spell disaster for your child or pet. Enjoy this beautiful weather we are having and have FUN!!!
A lot of people ask us “How often should I rotate my tires?” We recommend rotating them every six months, to get the longest life out of them. We keep track of this for our customers, and keep their tires rotated as needed. Tires are expensive and we don’t want you to have to replace them any sooner than need be.
Our Tuesday Tip is…Please turn on your headlights and make sure they are both working. Also check your blinkers and running lights. If any of them are not working, please give us a call so that we can get you in and replace the needed bulbs. This is a quick fix, (most of the time) and is a lot less expensive than the ticket you may get. Plus if you have young drivers in your family have them check their vehicles also. We just want all of our customers to be safe, and seen.

I notice at night my lights are dim, why is that? We had a customer ask us this very question the other day. When we pulled her car into the shop we showed her how foggy her lenses were, and explained that was what was causing the dimness. We explained that we could buff them out and have them looking brand new in no time. She was thrilled as she works at night and the lack of brightness was a concern to her. So..if you notice that your lights are not as bright as they used to be, let us make them bright and shiny like new again!
Here is our Tuesday Tip. Do you drive with your radio on all of the time? Most of us do. The problem with that is that the music or talk that is playing can sometimes hide noises that your vehicle is making, that may be a hint that something is not quite right. We suggest turning off your radio and driving for a while. Listen to your vehicle..does the exhaust sound normal, or is it louder than it used to be? Is there a squeal when you step on the brakes? Do you hear any noises that you haven’t noticed in a while? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please book an appointment with us so that we can do an inspection and make sure that everything is alright, or find a problem. It’s easy to miss these things if you can’t hear them.

It’s Graduation Time!! For some of you that means buying your graduate a new (to them) vehicle. Our recommendation before you give them you amazing gift, is to have it inspected. We always recommend pre-buyer’s inspections to our customers. Why? First you will know if the vehicle is how it appears..is it safe? Does it need extensive repairs? The answers to these questions can give you the knowledge to either negotiate the price or walk away from the vehicle.
Customers are always asking: How can I tell if I need an Alignment? Some of the questions we ask them are: Is your steering wheel off center? Are you tires wearing unevenly? By any chance have you hit a curb a little to hard? If you answer yes to any of those questions it is probably a good time to get an alignment done.
